Refund policy

At Swtsol, we take pride in creating high-quality, elevated streetwear with a unique 90s-inspired edge. To maintain the integrity of our products and streamline the customer experience, please review our updated policy:

• Custom Orders: All items that are customized in any way—whether through color choices, personalized text, or unique designs—are final sale. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold or exchanged.

• Limited Edition Hoodies: Items released as part of a limited edition drop are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

• One-of-a-Kind Pieces: Any item categorized as one-of-a-kind is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Sale Items and Gift Cards: All sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Our Signature OG Hoodies (black & white or all black) are final sale, but we do allow size exchanges.

• To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@swtsol.ca with your order number, item details, the size you’d like to exchange for, and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

1. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide the shipping address to send your original item.

2. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

3. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your exchange. If the item does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to you at your expense.  Please note, exchange times may vary depending if the desired size is in stock.  If a new hoodie need to be made, the wait time is approximately 30 days. 

4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.   Send an email to info@swtsol.ca with photos, a description of the issue, and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
